Leadstar International Academy is Private School that was founded by Reverend Doctor Gemachis Desta in the year 2015. The School is located in Shashemenne, Westi Arsi, Oromia, Ethiopia. The school has three campuses, i.e, one for High School and Preparatory students, one for Primary students and one for Kindergarten Students. Since establishment the school has been providing quality education for students in Shashemenne and its surrounding areas.
Our primary goal is to provide quality and modern education for all students who join us and help them be competent, skillful and socially responsible citizens.
Reverend Doctor Gemachis Desta Buba is International Renowned speaker, preacher, businessman and owner of multiple companies. He is an Ethiopian who currently lives in Atlanta GA with his family.
Besides speaking and giving leadership training all over the world he has passion to establish schools in his homeland Ethiopia. Leadstar International Academy is his first KG – G12 school that is located in Shashemenne.

The schools management is organized in such a way that each of the three campuses are run by their respective directors and vice directors. All directors and operational managers in turn functionally and administratively report to the general director.
